The Living for Zachary mission is to raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest and save lives through community education and awareness events, promoting youth heart screenings, awarding student scholarships and donating automated external defibrillators (AEDs) that can help save the life of someone that has collapsed due to sudden cardiac arrest.

The “Living for Zachary Heart Screening” is a special screening program created and provided by Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano for youth ages 12-22 that can help detect heart abnormalities that may lead to Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
